School Day & Term Dates

Main School: Reception, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2

For Main School:

• Our school day begins at 8.45am and finishes at 3.15pm
• Morning Session begins with registration at 8.45am, and ends at 12noon in KS1 and 12.15pm in KS2. The morning session allows for a 15 minute playtime.
• Lunchtime is taken between 12noon and 12.45pm in KS1, and 12.15pm and 1pm in KS2.
• The afternoon session allows for a 15 minute playtime for Key Stage 1 pupils.
• Our shool day ends at 3.15pm. The school gates are open from 3:05pm for parents and carers to wait to collect their children.
• Total School Hours per week: 32hrs 30 mins

We have a daily act of worship which takes place at 9am.

From September 2023, our school day will start at 8.45am and finish at 3.15pm. This will provide weekly school hours of 32 hours and 30 minutes, which is in line with DfE guidance.

5 days comprising of 10 sessions

• Morning session: 8:30 - 11:30am
• Optional lunchtime care: 11:30am - 12:30pm
• Afternoon Session: 12:30pm - 3:30pm
